Come Early, Be Loud, Make A STATEment!
As the Mississippi State Bulldogs take on Mississippi this Thursday, February 11th, the MSU Student Association and the Mississippi State Athletic Department are asking all students to "Come Early, Be Loud, Make A Statement!". The gates will open at 6:30pm on Saturday and we are asking all students to come out and get in the HUMP early and let's "Make A STATEMent" to the entire nation! This game has been designated as the True Maroon game so show your support for our Bulldogs by wearing MAROON!
True Maroon Basketball Games Announced
The dates have been set for our True Maroon Basketball games for the 2010 season. The Lady Dawgs True Maroon game has been designated as Sunday, January 31st as they take on Kentucky! The guys True Maroon game has been chose for Thursday, February 11th as the Dawgs take on Mississippi. If you still have not gotten your 2009-2010 True Maroon T-Shirt, they are on sale at Barnes & Noble oncampus and at www.TrueMaroon.com. A portion of each t-shirt sold go to benefit the local United Way chapter. This years True Maroon theme is highlighting Bully and his history as the official mascot at Mississippi State. We encourage everyone to participate in our official 2010 maroon-outs at the HUMP.
SA Debate TONIGHT!
The Student Association will host a debate for all Executive Office Candidates tonight at 5pm in the Union Dawghouse. Come out and make your decision on who you will vote for in the 2010 Executive Council Elections!
Put It On Campaign!
This Tuesday, our Dawgs will take on Kentucky 8pm at the Hump! Thanks to our friends at Texaco, each and every seat in the Hump will have a Maroon or White t-shirt in it when you come into the Colliseum on Tuesday night! Each section will alternate Maroon & White, thus creating a checkerboard pattern! When you get to your seat, PUT IT ON! Don't be caught by the "Texaco-Put it On Cam!"
